A&A Auto (an affiliate) aka Firestone Tire & Service Centers inexperienced and dishonest employees will tear your vehicle up and deny responsibility Helena Arkansas

We took our 1992 ford f150 300 6 cylander to fiestone in Helena, Arkansas (across from Central High school), to have a fuel filter installed. We went and bought a brand new filter from a parts store and went straight to Firestone. We were quoted a price of 17.50 for the job and we said okay.

A worker got under the truck and disconnected one end of the hose. He had problems with the other ed saying he didnt have the right tools. He went in and made a phone call to another local repair shop and referred us to him. It was called A&A Auto shop in Helena, Arkansas.

Firestone reconnected the fuel line inwhich they disconnected and said there was no charge from them, and sent us on our way. When we got there, the gentlemen tugged and pulled for 15 minutes on the problem hose and eventually got it off. He installed the new fuel filter and we payed him 17.50 ang left. About five miles after we drove off our truck shut down.

My husband got out and checked the fuel filter they installed and it had blown off ging down the road! We were lucky to still be alive because it could've easily blown us to pieces. We contacted Firestone and they denied even touching our truck. They threw out the paperwork they printed out when we first came in.

We contacted A&A Auto in Helena, Arkansas, they shut down the shop and quit answering the phones. They tore up the fuel lines on our vehicle while attempting to repair them. Now they are going to pay!!!!
