First American Consulting Carolyn said I would receive at least 5,000 in grant money. Champlain New York

First American Consulting contacted me and said I would receive at least 5,000 in grant money. I spoke with carolyn 2 or 3 times she said that their was a one time fee 298. I agreed so they withdrew the money out of my checking account Oct.1, 2006. I received a booklet that I had to fill out and return it to First American Consulting, 1320 st.rd.9 Champlain, NY 12919. I called a couple more times to check on the progress of the grant. I was told that it takes about 6 months to get all the paper work together. I tried calling again and the phone number wouldn't work this time. I got my bank statement out and looked at it and noticed a different phone number 1-800-897-6573. I tried calling a few times and kept getting all circuits are busy. I'm new on the internet but I tried finding the company and ran across the Rip-off Report. Companies have to be stopped or this world is going to get much worse.
