First Call Movers Lies on moving date, did not deliver on time, hang ups, put on hold, over charges, hidden fees Fort Lauderdale FLORIDA

First Call Movers, a moving broker, will make false promises, lies, strong arm you, add hidden fees. They asked for $$$ tips for making the move. Also, drug use was witnessed during the move. The delivery has been over 21 business days and still no delivery. My stuff was sitting in a storage unit for 3 weeks before it was moved. If you call the office to ask for an update, they will put you are hold make up stories and tell you that they are not responsible for the move. Every time you call its a different excuse. They will blame the movers that they hired. The movers that they hirer are unprofessional and have no idea what contract you signed...The game is that they have your stuff, so they kidnap your move and play games with the you. I would rather have my eye poke out then use this company EVER AGAIN!!!  I'm sick of getting screwed and I will be heard!!!   So, now I had to go out and spend over $ 2,000 dollars on things you need to live, basics, coffee pot, bed, utilizes, cooking pots, pans, plates, cups, couch, TV, washer, dryer, towels, bedding, clothing, lawn mower, trimmer, bikes….try to live without your things for over a month…Also, its all cash, they don't take credit card, checks...NOW I KNOW WHY!
