First Call Plumbing Scummy, sleezy, no honor, liars, dishonest, horrible quality work, do not trust this fat pig owner Buena Park California

This man has Harrased me, Stalked me.. There are police reports. He has contacted friends, People I work with, He attacks me for being gay. He calls me a pedofile, he posts it on blogs, even at the nonprofits  I work with. He called a friend of mine and asked him if he was getting money for letting me "F" his son. He calls my cell number and tells me that I am gay because I had sex with my mother.

The man had made threats against my life, and there are police reports. We have reason to think he has been in my house, when i wasnt home.  This person needs medical help, in my opinion.

I do own a plumbing company. First Call Plumbing.  WE reviced a call on dec 18 2013 that a tenant had knocking pipes. We called, no reponse we left a message. 3:30 we recived a call that there was water coming from the ceiling on two of our lines, one from the management company, one from Mr Lhevan. Both told us there was water coming out of the ceiling so they shut off the water, but now the building had no water.. " we need service now". I informed the management that I didnt have anyone that i could send right now. They pressed be for a fix, I told them i would find some one that would help. I contacted a person that i knew and asked if he could do the job.. he said he could. I gave him the information. I contacted the management company and informed them that  i had found some one that should be able to help.

The person called me from the site, he had been meet by a board member and Mr. Lhevan, told that the water was now off. He proceeded to open the wet drywall in the ceiling and found a leaking pipe. He cut the pipe and it was .. not off it was live. He ran around the building till he was able to shut down the water, (something both the boardmember and the management company had told us was done already). The water poured out onto the tile floor, it managed to get the carpet wet  approximately 1' outside the door.

I left dinner and with my husband and best friend went to Mr. Lhevan home. Upon arrival I took control of what was going on. I asked my husband to clean up all the drywall and drbri and take it out. I asked my best friend to vaccume the water up using a shop vac. It was during this time some one was upset that the water was off.. and turned it back on.. flooding the unit again. Long story made shorter. we fixed the line, restored the water. I had a conversation with Mr. Lhevan regarding what would he like to see to be happy.  (please note that the line had been leaking in the wall and closet for more than 6 hours, that the buildin residents had turned on the water more than once during the repair) He said " don't charge me for the repair, fix the drywall, and fix my heater it hasn't worked in a while"  Several people over heard the conversation.

The heater, ceiling, drywall was repaired. I also had the carpets treated for mold and Mildow. (it should also be noted that Mr Lhevan keeps a very dirty house, there was so much urine on the walls it had crystalized.) At this time Mr. Lhevan asked us to fix the base boards and door jams as he thought they were swollen. I did that repair.

He then informed me that he idnt want the carpets cleaned ( i had offered) he wanted new carpet. I informed him that I was willing to replace the carpet in the hall way but not the bedrooms. He agreed and i sent a carpet company to his location, he refused serivce.  Second company i paid for the hall and he paid for the remaining carpet. Thinking we were now complete, i was contacted again this time it was i want  a thousand dollars.  I refused.

Mr. lhevan filed suit, He did indeed beat us in court, the judge wasnt intersted in any thing other than his photos, water damage throught his house. other rooms that were not involved in the issue. Mr. Lhevan won a little over 6k, mostly because my witnesses were not avalible and I thought the documentation was enough. It was not.

Upon appeal, Mr. Lhevan won again, this time 600.00 I was told that i could take the money that i had use to take care of Mr. lhevan from the amount.. which would leave nothing.. but I paid him.  I didnt do the work, But I wanted to do my best by the customer.

It is also true that the Board of directors fired me, at the time they owed 15k  and didnt want to pay their bill. They had informed us the water was off, and were also liable. They ultimately paid us 6k on the bill and told us to take it as payment in full or go to court. after being the plumbing at serrono creek for 20 years, it wasnt worth the problem.

The workers that Mr. Lhevan talks about, the ones with no workers comp, my husband and best friend. People that left a dinner to try and help him. In court he actually attacked one of them asking " who would help some one for nothing" " that just shows your lying" Niether of those people were paid, either worked for me. The cslb did require our workers comp to be in force to include them. They also madated that the legal matter between Mr. Lhevan and myself were handled.

This man is dangerous, he is a homophobe, a stalker, he in my openion is mentally disfunctional.

It is sad to me that this site is being used to lie, attack, and support some one in this way. Rippoffreport.com has lost credibility today..today you support a stalker, damaging his victum.
