Capital Communication AKA First Capital Consumer Group ripoff Buffalo New York

This company has changed again and still doing the same thing, now they have changed from First Capital Comsumer Group to Capital Communication, and are saying they represent First Guardian National Benefit.

They offer Visa at 2500.00 and Master Card at 2000.00 for a upfront fee of 199.00.

They have changed thier numbers to 1-800-787-1583 and 416-488-0219 and the Fax is 416-488-1497 they are still pushing the delivery date back now it is 2 to 3 weeks after they Debit they will send they cards. Today when I talked to them they ask for a copy of the bank statement and a letter stating why I wanted a refund, and in the package I will get there is a signature card for the master card, and even then it will take up to 10 days to use the card,

these people need to be stopped,
