I've had my timeshare up for sale before and was contacted by First Capital financial that they had a buyer for my time share, put upfront money with them and received paper work back that all the searchs came back clean, now they want me to deposit an escrow for the documentry stamp tax for florida, where the time share is, Im not sure still if this company is going to get me the money for my timeshare, or are they just trying to get more money out of me run.

This company is still operating and trying to scam more people as of today had a call from their closing agent and said the timeshare is sold but they need my escrow for documentory stamp tax and was told to deposit the money into an account through bank of america, contacted BOA but they couldn't give me any info about the account.
Can somebody help get rid of these timeshare scammers.

If you read other reports on this site from other posters you will realize you will not see money anytime soon or in the foreseeable future. If it sounds too good to be true..........it usually is.
