Firsthand experience. Completely FACT.

The customer is not exaggerating at all.  Just because he is a doctor his credentials in this case have nothing to do with it, the doctor and his wife are in fact liars and dangerous.  During Dr. Henery Howard Homess insane acts of death over in Europe A.K.A Jack the ripper who was believed to also be a doctor was hacking up prostitutes.  So just because you are a doctor and over the age of 40 does not make you a good person in any way.

The police was called on Michael Baglino and his wife at least 5 times.  During the last time the police arrived I was asked by the police officer what was the problem.  I explained the situation in detail.  The police officer went over to the doctors office and then after 10 minutes asked me to join the doctor and his wife in a conversation.  The doctors wife said I called her horrible names that I will not repeat here.  I could not believe my ears because the doctors wife who does always look like she hates life has a Christian bumper sticker on her vehicle as though she is a godly person.  The doctor also threw his two cents in and said that he almost punched me outLOL..  I would have snapped his neck in a heartbeat had he engaged me. After they lied to the police officer I just responded by saying all lies and no truth to anything they are telling you.  At that point the officer asked me to leave the Doctors office.  The officer 3 minutes later walked over to me and said there is nothing he could do and to stop calling the police on him.  I called the police on him because a 65 year old women had parked her car in the front parking space which the doctor claimed was his but it was in fact not his parking space at all but before I could RUN out to tell MY customer to park on the side of the building the MAD DOCTOR opened his front door and RAN over to the 65 year old woman and yelled what the f***k is wrong with you cant you read the sign.  The doctors wife was presently sticking a sign in front of the 65 year old womans car that read First Choice Medical parking.  Ya I was angry and yelled back at the MAD DOCTOR but never did I ever use any foul language or cuss in any way shape or form.  I did in fact threaten the doctor to stop yelling at my customers or we would have a real problem.  The MAD DOCTOR yelled back cussing me out.  I did not exchange any words to his wife.

So to wrap this up, yes the doctor Michael Baglino is a complete wack-O and his wife is even worse.  Their entire family is so disfunctional because I would often witness out our office window the doctor and his wife yelling at each other and their children also looked very unhappy.  The doctor would often do devious things to my office like move my sign around and bang on the window.  I moved because the land lord would not do anything about this wack-O.  I do believe the land lord must have told the doctor he could have the front 2 parking spaces even though the land lord told me he did not say that and told me its open parking.  Michael Baglino said the parking was for his customers but only he and his wife would park in the front spaces.  The MAD DOCTOR and his insane wife lied so many times and behaved like children.  This was a long time ago back in 2008 but I got an email linking me to take a look at this report just recently.  So I felt I better say a few things.  I dont know anything about the school or the current neighbors but I can only imagine that the current neighbors hate the doctor.  I had tried to work things out with the MAD DOCTOR long before it ever got to this point.  He would appear to be a reasonable person when I talked to him before all this started but he would act like a totally different person when I would talk with him one day and then the next week or so he would be a totally different person, like a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.  In my opinion from what I firsthand witnessed about this doctor and his wife I do not think he should be practicing medicine until he gets some mental help or something.  Hes a real SNAKE!  Not just about the parking but also about the lies and behavior this guy did while I was next door to him.  Very scary person and very dangerous.  If he is not on drugs then he need to be.  I also have proof; 2 letters written by 2 of my customers stating what took place when they parked in the front parking spaces.  2 letters from 2 different customers who wrote to me in 2008 stating his violent behavior and language he used towards them.  I still have the letters to this day and 1 of the letters is from a psychologist..LOL imagine that.  True story.  A psychologist complaining about a doctor.  Anyways.  The person who wrote that there is a second side to the story is full of crap and I agree with the following post, it is probably his wife that wrote the second side to the story.  This is not slander in any way since I have written proof.  I am still so surprised at what his wife said to the police officer about what I called her.  I just could not believe my ears.  Thats what I call a bold face liar!  And to have Christian stickers on her van bumper just blows my mind away.

I wasn't going to post anything until I read the second comment which convinced me that the first comment may very well be true. I would like to point out some facts here. Fact number 1 is that there isn't a computer shop next door to the doctor and hasn't been for over 1 year now. Fact number 2 is that the current residents next to the doctor have expressed the exact same behavior from Michael Baglino making the first post extremely relevant! If I had to guess I would say that the second post isn't a patient at all but more like a family member or close friend of the doctors because I don't think any patient of the doctor would try and defend his behavior. My friend is friends with one of the ladies that work next door to this doctor and she tells me that it's like walking on egg shells around the doctor. She would not give details but I gathered that this guy was a real jerk!

The customer who posted the first comment may have exaggerated it a bit but I don't believe it was too far from the truth. Why in the hell would you defend his pricing as though a business has to make money off the backs of hard working Americans..WOW! And then try and discredit the post by saying he/she misspelled a word or twoagain WOW! Im beginning to think this doctor is a freak! I also happen to know that Michael Baglino misdiagnosed students at the college right up the road from his office. The teacher I spoke to said Michael Baglino was asked to leave when he misdiagnosed several students. I dont know all the details but I believe the teacher because of what my friend has also said about Michael Baglino.

Even if this was all false, why in the heck would so many people complain about this doctor!? I for one believe everything I have heard about this doctor and I am also thinking about writing a letter to the state of Florida asking them to disbar Michael Baglino from practicing medicine in the state of Florida. I rely on and put my full trust in Doctors to medically diagnose me correctly and if a Doctor is not held accountable for his actions then death is the result. Doctors have a huge responsibility to the community and all of its residents. If this Michael Baglino is truly a so called freak then he is putting people in danger and its now our responsibility to ensure he does not kill someone. I also have it on good authority that this guy has yelled at his wife outside of his office many times. I dont like bringing families in on disputes but I think this is relevant because for me it only confirms a history of abusive behavior from Michael Baglino. I believe my friend whole heartily that he did indeed yell at his wife many times because my friend gave me details to what his wife looks like and she said every time we see his wife she has her head down and looks like she hates life. All my knowledge is second hand but comes from very creditable people who do not do drugs and have families and are very trust worthy and have no reason to lie. So ya, I believe the customer! And no I dont think he/she is illiterate because they misspelled a word or two! And the third post has a good point too.

Many physicians have absolutely no idea what their services cost. This error certainly doesn't surprise me at all. He may have to pay for the patient parking out front, Thus making it rented property. And he can park there if he so desired.

I think it should be illegal to even post something like this.This is nothing more than a very strange tenant next door to the doctors office who obviously has another agenda. The computer store, which happens to be just next door to the doctor has some very shady characters over there. These computer store people are bored and have nothing else to do. It is those guys who sit there all day looking for something to get into. Take one look at the two people and I trust this will be a non-issue. Its like night and day. Doctor vs. Freak!!!!

Dr. Baglino has no idea I even read this. I don't plan to discuss such nonsense with him. I go to the doctor for healthcare, not for the best parking space or "Lets Make a Deal".I am doing this for one reason, it is bogus. Dr. Baglino has taken excellent care of myself and many friends and family members now for years. He is a top rate physician! I really don't care where he parks, its his lot. I guarantee you if I needed to pull right up to his front door he would let me do so. He is a gentle, kind-hearted decent physician who is just trying to offer his service and run his business. Businesses are run to make a profit, atleast those on the up and up.

I question the validity of the claims this person has made. Time will tell. The truth will come out. The cream always rises to the top.
