They lure you in with a good property. Deal goes smoothly maybe property sells in 2-4 wks. First deal is a WARRANTY Deed. You get another call and now they have some package deals 3 or so. After you've given up your monies, they now switch and give you quit claim deeds and the properties are junk, condemned, or already in the foreclosure process. But you never know about the foreclosure because they did not file the proper documents or let you know what needs to be filed with county, etc.

You're also told a property management team is taking care of your property until it sells. (LIE) Lots of names for just a few ppl in this company. Voices are the same but the names change. Always someone saying they will take care of the issue because someone is not working for company or on leave of absence or whatever. Excuses galore, always put on hold and then they make believe they will contact you. Very rare if they do.

First there was Tom Martin, then it was John Davis, John Watson. Phoney contracts and phoney names all the time. No brokers license. These properties were in Detroit, MI and they certainly don't know about the laws in the State of Michigan or wherever else for that matter. This company must be stopped!

Me Too!

AUTHOR: Unhappy Lou - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, October 23, 2013

I have had the same experience with these crooks. The first property was able to be "flipped" in less than two weeks. I was then presented with an opportunity to purchase several more. Boy was that a HUGE mistake. After purchasing several more properties from a "Joe Epstein" from the "NYC office", I received quit claim deeds.

After many months of excuses as to why the properties have not sold, I started to do some research. I have come to find out that the properties are close to being condemned, most had back taxes and they could not be sold for anywhere near the prices that these crooks proclaimed.

After a little more research, I have found out that these crooks have been doing this for years under various company names. If anyone would like to help and share some information please contact me at (((email redacted))) These fraudsters must be caught!!
