Tiffany Smith, who represented herself as a sales person for this company, repeatedly called me and my business partner for several days straight...two or three times a day. We thought this was suspicious but when we looked at company on web and talked to her it seemed legit. Unfortunately it wasn't. Once I showed interest she continually badgered me with phone calls and emails. I finally decided to negotiate, and after what seemed like legit discussions with her and her alleged boss, I agreed to pay them $535 in two payments for a full page ad and numerous logo placements in the Golf Lynk publication that would be distributed at five golf country clubs in Lexington, KY.

I signed the e-Invoice/contract and they immediately took $267.50 out of my account. The "contract" stated that the remaining amout would only be paid once artwork for my ad was complete.

I received an email from "Kelsey," Art Director, asking me to send files for ad creation. I did and never heard back. I called Tiffany Smith and left a message that I was not hearing back from the design group. A couple of days later I received a call from "Kelsey" saying she needed different files and would send me an email I could respond to. I did, with all the files in the format she ask for, and never received a reply. I called Tiffany and left her a vmail on her cell phone, 706-300-5052, that I was not getting a response and to call me. Never heard from her. I then called the main number at First Class and chose the option for customer service. I received a recording leave a message and I did. I never heard back. I called the main number for First Class today and received a recording that no one was available to take call.

I don't know if this company went out of business or is just fraudulent, but I am out $535 and my small little start-up makes less than $1,000 a month! I am very angry and want my money back!
