This is the sort of thing class action suits are made of. If you were an FCNB cardholder, secured card or otherwise, and were charged an annual fee within 12 months of FCNB discontinuing their credit card service, Id like to hear from you. Imagine the interest they are earning from OUR annual fees. This is clearly a violation of their contract (account agreement). Additionally, there is no longer a customer service department with which to discuss the matter. Please e-mail me at veezchick@yahoo.com with your name, state, and confirmation of having been charged an annual fee by FCNB for less then 12 months of credit card service. Serious inquiries only this will be presented to the Texas Attorney General. Thanks and good luck.

Rip Off Credit Card cannot use credit card whats up with that!!!!

I have been paying on my credit card and I am under my limit, and cannot use my credit card for purchases. I have called customer service time after time and sent letters with absolutely no response. What should I do? just quit paying on the card? why should I pay on it if I cannot use it. This is very poor customer service, if anyone has any info on the credit card company and what is going on please let me know.
