This bank sent representitives from the desoto branch to my job when i was in orientation n asked us all to ipen an acct with then n they would credit our accts with $25.00 when our first direct deposits hit. My direct dep hit almost 2 weeks ago and i have yet ro see my $25. I called that branch and was rold thwy would credit my acct amd they dis bit. I called custimer service and was ibformed my direct dep had to be $100.00 or more to get that credit.I then said we were not informed of that and did not feel it was fair for them to have stipulations and bot inform us of that. I also informed the lady that if i had kbown i would bot have opened an acct woth them because i had a babk acct. Originally informed reps of that and the continued to ask me too open an acct saying "well will they give you $25 dollars for free when your direct dep hits" I said "good point" and got staryed on the paper work. Unfortunantly my direct dep was less than $100.00 because i pulled two $100.00 advances so i would be able to eat and buy necessities while on the raod. When i called customer service and was dissatisfied i asked for corporates number and after a "brief hold" I was informed she was not allowed to disclose that information. Lol These ppl need to be shut down. Not as serious as some of the other posts but still playing with my money and im pretty pissed....They should really stop screwing people because one day they are going to mess with the wrong person and that person wont go through the proper channels they may just go off and act a fool. This is REDICULOUS!

Ok so YOUR issue is that since YOU did not deposit the correct amount to qualify for the $25.00. direct deposit bonus and somehow THEY are the bad guys. There would have been a minimum amount required and that would have been in all of that paperwork that you signed to set up your account. Did you just not read it?? This is a YOU problem, as in this is a problem caused BY YOU. Had YOU not pulled a cash advance, YOU would have received the $25. But since YOU did those cash advances, you NOW do not have enough money for the direct deposit bonus. Its pretty simple. Rather cut and dry. YOU did this to YOU and YOU seek to hold them accountable for what YOU did. Reality doesn't work this way and YOU know it. Then you compound the issue, which was YOUR fault in the first place, by making what amounts to a FAKE REPORT. All because YOU took out cash advances. It is NOT the banks fault that YOU did this. Its NOT the banks fault that YOU did not receive the extra bonus BECAUSE YOU took out those advances. What YOU are doing IS ILLEGAL!!!! You may have the right to say whatever YOU wish, but there is a price for that right. That price is that YOU are held accountable for WHAT you say and WHERE you say it. You have come onto a PUBLIC web forum. Which means that since YOU have presented YOUR opinions as fact and you have slandered and defamed them all due to YOUR mistakes, THEY have a legal recourse. YOU are not anonymous online and a quick court order will prove that it was YOU that made AND posted this report.
And really...WHY would you blame them?? YOU did not qualify because YOU took money away from your check. Had YOU read the information at the time of signing up for the account you would have seen that there was a minimum deposit required. But YOU did not and was thinking about that sweet extra $25 on your paycheck MORE then you were interested in reading what you have signed up for. YOU are a victim of YOU!!! Deal with it!!! When are YOU going to act like an adult and stop deflecting the blame off of yourself when its CLEARLY your fault. YOU are about to be handed a very large vehicle. If you cant be mature about screwing yourself over, how can ANYONE expect you to be mature behind the wheel??
