We are gas station and market. first Data process our credit and debit card and collect money
on behalf of clients. They have not send money totaling about $ 3500. so far.
We made a dozen of phone calls. Lett messages several time, and at least 3 faxes. No body
bothered to return calls. $ 3500. is simply stolen without any expalination.
We were victim of similar incident and about 6000 dollars were stolen by fraud and at least
20 phone calls and faxes, problems is still pending.
Secondly, First Data transfer all the fraud committed because faulty equipment and gross
negligent to protect card holders to us and collect money from our account before
even they send documents regarding frauds.
We have given all the proofs , send dozens of letters, they do not reply and
only says CHARGE BACK can not be reversed.
The company have wort costumer services, they hardly return calls and involved in multiple
frauds,cheating and day time robbery.
