DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND THEIR PRODUCT CLOVER.  If you're a small business I recommend you use Square or PayPal Merchant Services.  I only decided to use Clover because the banker at my new bank told me our funds would be deposited faster with Clover than with the services I was using at the time (PayPal/Square take a few days).  Not ture and what a nightmare!!!  

With Square and PayPal, I've used both, if an issue arises you're notified immediately via an auto generated email.  The email would say something like, can you please provide us with a receipt for the last transaction?  Once you reply to the email its resolved fairly quickly.  Not with Clover.  After a few successful customary charges which were processed timely we had a customer who made a $10,000 purchase.  I knew I wouldn't get the deposit the next day like the previous charges but I figured I would get an email that I could respond to with invoices and receipts.  I believed I was being extremely patient by waiting an entire WEEK before inquiring about the charge or deposit.  I called the general phone number and got routed to the credit risk analysis department and was disappointed when I was greeted by a voicemail that announced their hours of operation when I in fact placed the call during business hours.  At the end of the announcement it requests you leave a message.  Essentially Clover's method of handling calls from angry customers is to route them to a voicemail no one responds to.  

Cornered and in distraught, I called the salesman who had signed me up for Clover services to see if he could help.  I told him the crippling situation my business was in and thankfully he made some phone calls and finally put me in touch with a Samoya Walker.  I spoke to her on the phone and answered all her perfunctory questions and she ended the call by telling me she would send me an email that I needed to respond to with additional information like invoices, receipts, two years of tax returns, two years of financial statements and two years of bank statements.  
I provided most of what she requested and in addition I forwarded her the emails from employees of the company who had placed the order which had their names, titles and direct phone numbers.  I even carbon copied a manger in procurement and asked him to verify that the company had made the purchase and that I had successfully delivered the product (50desks & 50chairs).  He replied to all which included Ms. Samoya Walker and still, complete silence and no responses from her or anyone at Clover/First Data.  Its now been 2 WEEKS and my sales representative says his hands are tied and he can no longer help me.  Can you imagine running your business when these people won't even communicate in any way?    

The hubris of a glorified customer service representative at this company is an indication to me of an incompetent or disengaged management or most likely both who don't know or don't care how their underlings are handling customer's needs.  Ms. Walker has learned that that ignoring merchants who need their money to operate their business is just a normal way of doing business.  No sense of urgency or desire to help a customer; its run more like a government agency.  Actually the IRS has better yelp reviews than Clover; how is that possible?

I've filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney General's office.  If anyone else has had similar problems, please contact me so we can file a class action against these arrogant pricks.
