Tim Nardini should be one hundred percent a shame of himself and anyone who owns, operates, and has a job at Merchant Lynx Services, and First Data Global Leasing.  What we have been through these years with these loser companies is so unlawful because Tim filed a case against Donald not the company he put this leasing machine under.  He won and the ridiculous judge made him sign to finish paying $1,439.64 over a period of 36 months.  A check on the amount owed should have been done prior to signing.  Tim had him setup to pay $39.99 by bank account in which every month they always debit more in the amount of $47.64.  When a contract has been breached then don't that void the contract?                      Attorneys help me out here!!! Let me know.
I (Belinda) called Merchant Lynx Services today to speak to Tim and was informed he no longer works for corp. and his cell number has been changed of no longer in service.
When Don went to mediation GOD had to really control him and his tongue because he almost spoke death to them.  Today I (Belinda) called First Data Global toll free number 877-257-2094  several times.  Call as much as you want.  The first time I got an idiot man who wanted to speak to Don, I then explained to him that this is a business account and I'm authorized to call on behalf of company .  I asked to speak to a manager or someone else that could help me.  He gave me a Fort Lauderdale number in which was wrong to began with then I saw the real number on here.  Pat Billinger 954-851-7462 is the lady he gave me she wasn't in so I left a message.  The letter Don received says the payment is due on 10th of each month however the new agreement says $39.99 on the 17th day of each month until the total stated in paragraph 1 is satisfied.

Pat Billinger should feel very bad about herself for still working for this mob/ terrorist organization.  We are trying to pay the remaining balance on account however no one at First Data Global will help us do so.
What can Don do in the eyes of the law?   We need help.

#1 Consumer Suggestion

Stay away from an ISO or MSP!!!

AUTHOR: David - (U.S.A.)

How many times do we have to read the same posts?  Folks, go directly to the payment processor to do your merchant account. And if possible, do it through your bank if they OWN their own payment processor. That way there's accountability for the service level and an entire banking relationship at stake to incent them to work with you to resolve a problem. Merchant Lynx, MerchantWarehouse, CardService International, etc., are all FIRST DATA sales teams.

Thousands of companies offer teaser rates, "free (no up front cost) machines", etc., and nearly all are NOT payment processors.  Pull up their web sites and see if at the bottom it says they're a registered ISO or xyz bank or an MSP.  ISO means Independent Sales Organization and MSP means Merchant Service Provider.  If either is the case, they're not an "acquirer"... meaning the actual front and back end processor.

A few banks own their own payment processing companies in whole. I know Chase does and US Bank does. Folks, if you sign with a company you never heard of before and they're an ISO or MSP, the risk is on YOU.
