Ramil Palafox the owner, in October of 2008, agreed to help us fix our mortgage situation with our house and we signed an agreement and gave him $7000.00 dollars, later he admitted he could do nothing and said he would give our money back, and wrote us a check for $5000.00 and said he would give us the rest later, we said OK and went to the bank and there were no funds in the bank to cover the check. So, we called him and he said the person he gave the money to did not pay him back,and so he said to us he owed the money to us, and would make the check good in 2 days, we went to the bank again and the check was no good again,after this time we could not locate him at his office for awhile, eventually in late November we talked to him again, he said he would pay us small checks over a period of time, now were having problems with those checks also.
