First Investors Financial Services, Inc. Abusive, unprofessional and deceptive Altanta Georgia

This has been the worse experience I have ever had with any creditor. These people start calling you the day after your payment is due. They yell and threaten to repossess your car even if you are current. I was charged miscellaneous (not late) fees and was never notified. I got a call from a woman telling me they where going to take my car because I was 42 days past due. I told her about the mystery fees and asked her to explain them to me and of course she could not. She said that she had not posted them herself and proceeded to tell me that I still owed the current month payment. I informed her that the payment had been made the day before via my banks bill payer service and she called me a liar because she did not have it in her hands. She proceeded to demand that I send her money via a money remitter service. I am going pursue further legal for deceptive trade practices and I am going to enjoy spending the money doing it.

I feel sorry for people who deal with them who are having trouble paying them; their tactics would scare loan-sharks.

I recommend you walk before you finance a car with these people.
