First National Collection Bureau,Inc. LVNV Funding LLC & First Premier Bank/Premier Bankcard , Inc. I recieved this collection letter from First National Collection Bureau,Inc. Sparks Nevada

I recieved this collection from First National Collection Bureau,Inc. date September 17,2014 about one or more creditors that I have never had an account with now after calling the telphone numbers and getting automateit responcse while the phone kept ring.I tried to call First Premier Bank/Premier Bankcard,Inc about the information or card number which is on the letter there automateit system told me to call Arrow Collection System well I'm still waiting on them to answer the phone.The funny part about the hold thing is the letter is not signed as no informtion about this so call accunt other than a card number.But what caught my eye is their is several addesses on this letter and there is a reference number and  even with all that I just don't send money cause you say I own you especially when I don't have a First Premier Bank or a LVNV Funding LLC account with these company
