I was on line searching for a loan. A Alex Cole, Senior Loan Rep called me her at work. He had a loan for $5000 but because my credit was bad I would have to send him $850.00. I borrowed this because he told me there would be a 3 hour turn around on the money. The $5000 would be put in my bank account. First mistake.

I sent the money by money gram to Canada should have gotten a clue but of course didn't. He then referred me to James Green. He said the former company had pulled out. He would contact his "legal department" That should have given me a clue but not me I sent him $850 more to get a higher loan $7000.00. Then he wanted tax money and stupid me borrowed $735 dollars more. Remember the 3 hour turn around was going to solve all my problems.

Mr. James Green said the money would transfer Saturday and by Monday I would have the money in my account. This was a week end of pure hell. I kept checking my bank account on line and of course no transfer.
I was in hock $2525.00 and no loan at all.I went to my attorney and he said pretty much I was screwed.

So I am letting you know so that maybe someone out there will be helped and will not be as stupid as I was and send anyone any money. If they want money hang up. I did not at any time feel I was being scammed. They were professional in every way.

Some how when I called the number I got a voice that said they were temporary on hold. This was the number where days before Mr. Green and Mr. Cole had promised me the loan. They are giving 866-467-5127 as a contact number until they receive all the money I sent. I have tried to call it numberous times and I still get the recording.

They said they were based in Wichita, Ks. and that Daniel J. Blair was the CEO that signed my loan papers they faxed to me.

To this day I cannot believe what an idiot I was. Please don't ever send money you will be out that money and now I have to pay 3 people back their money that I don't really have. If someone calls you from First Point Loans hang up and run.

I will never see my money again but maybe I can keep someone else from getting scammed.
