First Premeir Bank they issued me a credit card of 250 limit n when i received it i was charged 198 fee and i only had 70 edollar credit left North Dakota

i received a credit card from premeir bank and was suppose too have a 250.00 limit and when i received the card i only had a 70 dollar availaible credit and was billed 198 card fee could i please receive help so i dont have to pay something i didnt get

It clearly stated that this would happen. You have to read those things. If you activated the card, there's not much you can do except pay it off. Next time, read the literature when you apply and when you get the card!

Let me first say that I got the same card you got.

Let me also say that each of those fees is clearly disclosed when you apply for the card.

All you have to do is READ! [before you sign].
