I was receiving coins until last year (2007), when none was received. I was waiting to receive my coins in 2008, prior to complaining, but have not re-ceived any to date (10/26/08). I received a final offer from another company,
for 10 years of quarters (1999-2008), which reminded me that I hadn't received 10 quarter and I searced the internet and discovered this rip off information.
