 We have used First Response Restoration beginning in 2005 for restoring and remodeling homes that we purchased for resale and for rentals. They are resasonable in their pricing and have always tried to accomodate us when we had changed the scope of work. Beginning with a house in Garland in 2005, which was a total wreck, through a house in Wylie which we sold for a $38K profit before commissions just a few months ago. They have always been honest and even did many little nagging, unseen repairs for no cost so that the project could move forward and everone would win. They completely restored a house in Dallas on Bellknoll that was a very rough, burned out house. From new rafters & roof, new electrical, plumbing, walls, ceiling, appliances, flooring and landscaping. They even suggested and put in a skylight to help light up the dining room. New plugs, switches. Moved the washer, dryer from the kitchen to the hallway, completely tiled the showers. Really, just an amazing tranformation. And all to Dallas city code. We put the house up for sale and had a very profitable offer and contract on the house within 4 days. In all, I would estimate they have worked on 15 or better houses with major repairs.

We realize that this site is to vent on poorly done work by contractors. But always remember, there are 2 sides to every story. We have 15 or better stories about this company and they all have a happy ending.
