First Service residential is the WORST COMPANY we have ever dealt with. They believe they can say and do whatever they want and get away with it.
They pad the bills fraudulently.
They OVERCHARGE.
Their employees are not skilled and are paid low. They hire people who cant speak English and have criminal records.
If you complain to the corporate office they turn things around and claim you are the one at fault.
The Head of Maintenance puts a "spy camera" in our apartment which is criminal . He is a pervert voyeur.
We complain and the manager takes his side.
The head of mainatenance does not meet the minimum requirements for his position and is simply a friend of the building manager.
When you complain about being overcharged they dont admit fault ever and somehow its somebody elses problem . It must be your bank they tell you.
Their supervisors are indifferent. One in particular named TURNER B from West Virginia is a hillbilly with a low IQ. He hung the phone on me.
We dont need to take this crap.
Nobody should. We will rise up against these corrupt low lives.
We suspect the Board gets kickbacks from this FSR and doesnt give a d**n about the tenants.
