I will keep it simple. I worked for the Company for about 5 months. I realized that they were doing the same thing as Ameriquest. They never show the customer the good faith. They lie about the closing costs, and the rate. I have many angry customers at me because I did know better at first. They are a fast growing company and we need to put a end tothis.

I have filed complaints against this company and rebuttels to others complaints, my name is jackie and we are in the process of suing first nlc, for all the wrong they have done to us, they are also being investigated by the attorney generals office in two states, however any extra inside tips on the company, would greatly help my lawsuit, anyone with any info contact me please. i will try to put my email in a form that doesnt get retracted so put it together, at comcast . net and the beginning is meadowc. hope u get it. let me know.

Hi Champions!!

As many of you have been made aware by now, I was terminated by NLC today. After leaving church with Sattie earlier, we went to our office in Fort Lauderdale to do our payouts for the pass week , which is what we do every Sunday. During the drive we were called by a team member telling us that an email was sent out by Hao Nguyen stating that we were terminated from the company. This information was confirmed after arriving at the office and catching CEO, Hao Nguyen, my downline Steve Vacca, a hired security guard and a lock smith. We tried to walk into our office Sattie was then hit by Steve Vacca in the face. Hao Nguyen hit her in the stomach.

At that time we did not realize the hit was bad until it was pointed out by another NLC member that Sattie's face was swollen and should put ice on it. Steve Vacca and Hao Nguyen Still would not allow us entry to our office, Sattie then called 911. After listening to both sides we were told that Hao Nguyen was wrong and could not deny us access to of office. When we walked into our office Hao Nguyen and Steve Vacca pretty much destroyed our office, stole approx. $15,000 worth of checks from our office and denied it when questioned by the police officer.

After a few mins. of questioning Hao Nguyen told the police officer that the checks belonged to him. The police office requested to see the checks, Hao Nguyen then asked Steve Vacca to go get the checks from the car (Steve Vacca's car). After the police officer reviewed the checks, the officer made Hao Nguyen give us our checks back and gave us full access to our office. We then removed all of our belongings from the office.

As a reference that the truth is being told here, please refer to the following case numbers by the Ft. Lauderdale Police Dept.06-76518 and 06-76682. The report will take approx. 5 days to become available.

We unfortunately had another incident had today at the Orlando Office (Peter Narain's office). Peter went to his office the get his belongings out after he found out he was also terminated. He was greeted by one of Hao Nguyen's other SUPER STARS Luciano Vidigal (Branch Manager). To everyone's surprise Luciano Vidigal was taken away in handcuffs for two prior warrants for his arrest. Obviously NLC does not care about who they hire because this would have been identified with a simple back check.

My wife and I take pride in everything we do. The entire time we have been with NLC, we have protected the company and all of our downlines. We would like to continue our relationship with each and everyone of you. Anything we can do for you in the future, please do not hesitate to contact us.

finally, ironically today we received the attached e-mail. It appears to be some kind of a press release. Many of you may have rec'd it. incase you did not here it is. Based on everything that we read confirms all of our suspicions and appear to be accurate.

National Lending Corporation Under Investigation for Taking Signup Money from New Members and NOT PAYING THEM FOR CLOSED LOANS!!



The 4-year old company is on a downward spiral as top members of management are jumping ship and rumors about CEO and Founder Hao Nguyen delaying commissions to play the stock market with the money are spreading like wildfire. With talks of lawsuits emerging, the company is under major scrutiny for compliance issues, and audits have occurred in more than 6 offices in recent weeks.





National Lending Corporation, widely known as "NLC", is a nationwide mortgage company that uses a multi-level marketing model to build their business and generate mortgage loans. However, many are starting to question how a company with nearly 60,000 agents is closing less than 200 loans per month. In addition, people can't help but to wonder how there are less than 20 people in the entire company that are making a substantial living. Their "proven success model", has only made a small few members the kind of earnings that they claim, but it takes years of earning nothing and nearly losing everything just to make it out of the red. But after paying thousands in office and traveling expenses, most of the top earners still only have only a moderate net income when half of their earnings go toward maintenance of the ownership of their own so-called businesses.



Sources from one of their offices located in Sunrise, Florida says that the internal consumption from owner Hao Nguyen and new wife, Katherine Lee, will be what ruins the company in the end. As they make millions every month off of the hard work of their people, they constantly flaunt their riches and rule by fear. With a bogus board of directors that has no say in any decisions made by the company, NLC is a giant dictatorship that is governed by the emotions and knee-jerk reactions of one man whose power trip has gone out of control. With a reputation for removing members from his company without notice, Mr. Nguyen continues to answer to nobody and has severed any long-term business or personal relationships he has ever had. He recently fired Vice President, Rocky Narain, the man that revolutionized the NLC recruiting model, and is responsible for nearly one third of the company's members. Mr. Nguyen's brother Thinh Nguyen left the company last year because he couldn't take the greed of a business model that focuses more on taking $200 from thousands of people every month than actually closing loans. Last month was a slower month with only 1,700 new recruits bringing in $340,000. That with a skimpy compensation plan that is far less than that of the average mortgage company, puts well over $1 Million per month into the pockets of Mr. Nguyen and Ms. Lee, and they have no problem letting you know. Katherine is never seen without $200k-$500k worth of jewelry covering her body, drives a custom-ordered Bentley, and has a few hundred thousand in knick-knacks around her office in the corporate headquarters located in Houston, Texas. It is told that Mr. Nguyen is a big investor of silver, which appears to be the reason for the long delays in processing payroll, and it takes as long as 6 weeks to get paid depending on the particular person or commission amount. "We just don't understand the method of how we get paid. Sometimes we'll get paid on files that closed a week ago before a file that paid over a month ago", said a member of management out of the Boston, MA region. He went on to mention that it appears that they get the smaller commission checks known in the NLC world as "overrides", faster then they get the larger more significant ones.



With a brutally damaged reputation, the increase of complaints by members every day, and compliance issues that could potentially close their doors, NLC continues to preach their "lifetime opportunity" to audiences in major cities around the country, selling the dream of home and business ownership through their revolutionary system. It even appears to the outsider as a very sound business strategy from a very reputable organization. Then you hear about the inner workings and internal politics that go on behind the bright and shiny scenes, and can't imagine how they will survive another year in business. This avalanche of turmoil that has been affecting the company for recent months comes off of the wake of the unexpected departure of National Manager Rio Hioe, based out of New York City. He poured his bottled up feelings for his long-term friend and boss into an email that ended up getting wide spread coverage throughout the company, and included information that only he knew as the CEO's best friend of 10 years. He talked about internal favoritism between managers, and often put them up against each other pulling the strings in the background. Pulling no punches in Mr. Hioe's email addressed to both Mr. Nguyen and Ms. Lee, he also confesses his awareness the constant cheating habits of the CEO, indicating that the big cheese had no problem spending money on sex. Ironically, Rio was the best man in the couple's wedding just 2 weeks prior to the departure. He was even criticized by Ms. Lee on his speech for the groom not being to her liking.



Despite the lost relationships and lack of trust from most of his management team, Hao still has loyal followers that believe in his dream. Some are in awe of his presence, others follow out of fear, and there are some just waiting for advancement through the departure of their upper levels. Self-proclaimed compliance officer Steve Vacca, National Manager out of Sunrise, FL appears to have a close relationship with the CEO and his wife. Our sources indicate that he often references his boss's support for the rules he implements on the fly, such as docking the checks for their loan officers and processors for a variety of reasons. Members of this particular office have told us that Mr. Vacca and wife Kelly rule with an iron fist. It is said that their cut-throat style of business is right in line with the owners. They had a direct influence and impact on the recent termination of Rocky and Sattie Narain, as well as others managers in the organization. Ironically, they have taken over the teams of the removed members, which was the motivation behind this strategic move. But, let's forget all of the "he said, she said" that you'll see with every major company of this size, the biggest problem with NLC right now is that they're not paying their people. It seems to be a struggle for many people to get paid, which is the first sign of weakness with a company. "People are counting on their money, you can't mess with our lives like this", complained another loan officer with the company that closed their first loan weeks ago and has still not seen a check. Again, as an outsider it's hard to tell the severity of the situation, but if it's as bad as being reported, NLC may be in for a rude awakening with talks of class-action lawsuits, and investigations of fraud and embezzlement. If you are considering becoming a part of this business opportunity, you should be warned to do your homework and proper due diligence before investing your hard-earned money.

hate this company they ruined me

This company totally lied to me about everything i never even got a good faith estimated.. they lied about my payments the amounts when they were due, and about all the fees.. the best thing people can do is run from this company.. they ruined me and my credit.

the branch manager john castodio from rhode island actually told me to ignore ocwen (the bank they work with wich is even more shadier then them check out their rip off reports) he told me to ignore the phone calls from them that i didnt owe them dec. payment.

i have contacted attorneys and am part of a class action lawsuit against ocwen and my personal lawsuit is against first nlc buyer totally beware.. if you need more info on this company feel free to contact me at (((email redacted)))

If someone would attend a First NLC (The Lending Center Meeting) they would see an Ameriquest Reunion. Almost every regional, Area, and Branch manager who was fired from Ameriquest is now employeed with First NLC. They brought over the FRAUD and LOOK THE OTHER WAY managent style. Two guys in particular; Adam Zucker and Nate Sanders. These two use there own/paid for Title Companies to help push any loan through.If you read this please run from The Lending Center/First NLC

I've read what everyone has said and maybe this will shine some light on this flounderng company. First NLC is not like Ameriquest, It is Ameriquest. If any of you worked in the industry long enough and knew the history, you'd know that Cliff DeBore, Sammy heard, and Adam Zucker were three of the shadiest, white trash criminals to ever come out of Ameriquest. Once they left Ameriquest they migrated over to First NLC to continue their reign of terror. There are numerous past employees and clients seeking serious revenge. I'd hate to be anyone of them. Can you say civil suit?

Yes I was an angry ex-employee! First NLC has a great whole sale end in the business. The retail end is very fair to there customers. But as an employee I was treated unfair. I closed some really hard loans and I was taken advantage of by a employee named Steve Vaserman. He was a team leader who stold 100% of my commision on three loans.

I also feel that any customers or employee's should be on the look out of his work ethics. So for the exception of Steve Vaserman, First NLC is one of the top sub-prime lenders in the nation!

I find it funny that you reported this 3 months ago and there are no customer complaints. I think you are just an angry ex-employee. I have been with First NLC for over 2 years and have worked in a couple offices in different states. I have never had the problems you have had. If you have mad customers because you lied about closing costs or the rate that is your fault not the companies. I am up front and honest with all my customers as is everyone who works in the offices I have worked in. The reason you don't work for the company any more is probably because you had too many complaining customers and got fired.
