Fitness 19 - Citrus Heights, CA I have been trying to cancel for over a year and they seem to misplace my cancellation Internet

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

I have tried several times to cancel with Patric and Juliet and they both say they dont have it.   I told them I dont have time or money to continue this and I need to be dropped.   They say that I have to physically come in to cancel and still have to give a 30 day notice.   I have only been to that gym 2 times in over a year.   They are robbing people of money and have no interest in helping me get this taken care of.

One of the MANY things you were informed of

AUTHOR: JSworth - ()

Their cancellation policy including the fact that you have to go in as well as the 30 day notice policy is one of the many things that you are informed of when you join the gym. It's one of the things which you signed, albeit blindly apparently, and said that you had been informed of. You have a right to read any contract before signing it. Don't just accept what you are told. Tell them that you want to read exactly what you are signing before doing so. If they won't let you, well then I guess they just don't want your business that bad.
