Fitness 19, Fitness 19 Membership Cancelled Continued to Charge Account Wouldn't Refund Ripoff, Milpitas, California

You pay the first and the last month of your membeship when you register for the first time in this club. The billing cycle is at 15th of the month, so no matter what, you end up paying an extra month at the begining. Now let me tell you the stroy of termination, I have cancled my membership before september 15, so I should be covered for one month cancelation processing (which is by the way meaningless at the age of computers and network). But guess what,  I checked my credit card and they charged me again at Sep. 15! That means that I was charged up to Oct 15. Considering my extra month payment, this makes my real termination at Nov. 15! But in reality I canceled before sep 15. There is no garantee that I wouldn't get charged one more time after this! What would you call this if not ripoff ?!?!?
