This is a warning to all out there who orders online, this was my first worst experience from a selling company whis has no product to deliver but they already charged you after 2 days of ordering. I called and placed an order for a $3000.00 stair master equipment from fitness blowout.com , the sales person was very polite and quick to get your call if you are ordering but your nightmare begins once they got your payment. Dec.5 2013 placed my order , Dec.7 the payment was deducted from     my account. I email them how come I didn't get an order shipping confirmation bec. I am used to being charged when the product is starting to move for delivery, they answered me Dec.16 that it was shipped to the shipping company and it is locally being shipped bec they have a branch in NC. Then I wait Christmas has come no confirmation number from their bogus shipper , no product, then when I inquire they email me that 2013 stair master was not available but 2014 model will be shipped to me in January. Here comes Jan 14, 2014 , nothing was calling them ditching my calls if I am not ordering there are no one, no 1 will talk to you because customer service or shipping dept is either close or gone for the day.on their site it says 24 hr customer service available. the receptionist were rude, dismissive for callers who will follow up on order she won't transfer my call to any person , all she can say is call back next time they are gone for the day, how convenient for 24 hr customer service. No one can give me answer , I was afraid I had been a victim of fraud online for 3k...so called my credit card February 1 , and explained to them my misery, and email them all the alibis and lies by fitness blowout. Since no one is giving me updates I sent emails to fitness blowout shipping dept, and the person whom I ordered  But the sales person said do not contact him if I'm not buying, really he gave me his number and told me I can ask him anything if I have questions , now do not contact them, hmmmmm. So today finally again, got an email will be delivered , told her I asked my order cancelled last Jan.14 which I forwarded it to her cause she said she was confused why am I canceling now they got my order, if I will cancell I will be charge 20% restocking fee and shipping cost both ways really?.. They have no equipment for 2 months now I will be charge of imaginary stocking fee for what. So be careful.
