Fitness Deals USA 24hourfitdeals.com BURNED me for $3,299 on May 9,2018. Purchased a piece of exercise equipment which was paid for in FULL but never delivered West Los Angeles CA California

 I did in fact purchase a piece of exercise equipment from Fitness Deals USA back in April of 2018. I spoke with James Rosen, the owner who convinced me to pay in cash. He was very smooth and sly about the whole deal. He knew the equipment was for my two handicapped children. He also knew at the time that he apparently needed some financial help with his company. He took my money and NEVER even sent an order for the physio step recumbent bike to the actual vendor. I spent COUNTLESS hours on the phone with HIM. He lied repeatedly to me. You can change your name, but the voice was ALWAYS the same. Levi, James, David etc. I contacted the LA police department as well as my local police. I filled reports and paid money to find and speak with an attorney in the LA area. I was counseled to NOT file suit with an attorney due to the cost. It was suggested that I file a case in small claims court.

Every word I've written is the truth. James is a habitual lier. In October of 2018 I saw a YouTube video featuring a Two on your Side report on James and Tiffany Rosen, owners of Fitness Deals USA. The report featured other customers of theirs that were faced with the same delima...talked into paying CASH for equipment that was NEVER delivered. (Once he'd scammed enough customers he opened ANOTHER website, 24hourfitdeals and continued on his merry way. Again, I got this information from the vendor of my piece of equipment.) The TV report on his fradulant business practices seemed to FINALLY get his attention. Shortly after the news story aired I received an email asking for my original purchase receipt. I submitted it to Fitness Deals USA and did in fact receive a FULL refund with interest. HOWEVER, the email stated that they'd spent COUNTLESS hours trying to resolve these issues, AROUND the clock. Again, false statements. I spent COUNTLESS hours trying to get my hard earned money back. He lied about his idenity, was rude, lied that Fitness Deals USA and 24 Hour Fit Deals we're owned by the same people. He only made this right once a light was publically she'd on him.

We have sent out numerous letters to our customers apologizing for the inconvenience we may have put them through due to our financial challenges and have provided refunds in full plus interest to all customers whose orders we were not able to fulfill. Advisors have informed us that you are engaged in a dispute with your former business associate.

We have never had any business or personal involvement with you whatsoever. You are posting erroneous statements and committing libel which is a very serious offense. We have been informed that you have also incorrectly accused another fitness company of wrongdoing and their attorney ordered you to stop.

We respectfully request that you terminate this behavior or you will leave our attorneys no other choice but to issue a cease and desist order. We hope you are successful in resolving your dispute with your business partner.

A few years ago I got scammed by Alex Stan Goncahrov. He made me his "business partner", and 6 months later scammed for almost 100K.

For 2,5 years I have been trying to find justice and fight this "CARDIO FRAUD". Please see the petition website, maybe it will be helpful for anyone:

Scammers change their names and names of their businesses, but "technique" always stay the same.
If anything posted on petition website or on the webpage sound familiar, please email to jmfitnessstore@gmail.com . If all people (victims) file reports together, it will be way more effective.

Been emailing with of 24hourfitdeals.com and once the salesman started telling me he would forego his commission to make a deal and asking if he would discount now wpuke I buy now I SENSED I was being sold penny stocks worth nothing..  double talk and finally the “salesman” went silent on emails when he got confused and got caught up in lies about warraties, and after I told him that I would NOT pay by check by phone and ONLY buy via credit card to have protection.. finally I asked for the serial number of the bike he told me he sold new to a client three months ago.

Told me he was a PELOTON DISTRIBUTOR. BUT PELOTON TOLD ME THEY HAVE NO DISTRIBUTORS

Told me he could sell me a NEW machine w PELOTON warranty... BUT PELOTON told me onky THEY sell new machines that have PELOTON warranties

Told me balance of warranty on machine would come from PELOTON but PELOTON told me warranty void if used machine

I DID NOT BUY and NEVER HEARD BACK FROM SALESMAN
