FIVA Tech CompNation, Mark Filaroski Charming for about 10 days before pulling a fast one Nashville Tennessee

 Simply put: a nightmare. Mark Filaroski is charming for about 10-14 days before becoming your worst nightmare and has a long history of screwing people over. His egotistical and delusional perception of himself is probably the root cause. He recently posed as an investor (which currently is still on his LinkedIn), claiming to invest around 50k in start-ups. He then proceeded to waste a few weeks of my time and then at the end, turned around and said he wanted money to introduce the company to investors. When confronting him with surprise as to learning he was a finders group/broker, he disappeared. Simply put: he pretends to add value and then he rips people off. He thinks he has value to add, but he has nothing in his toolbox except a long list of ways to waste your time. He sued A**r for not being placed on the Board of Directors (not surprising), he has screwed over multiple individuals by saying he could bring them in on deals and then lost the deals, he had some drama with Bk*n Technologies led by a techie in town, he was booted from another organization for similar drama (can not disclose), and now is posing as an investor with no funds to give. Does he add value? Perhaps he has, but I have yet to encounter someone who has good things to say about him. I smelt his garbage from a mile away. He is also involved with a Richard Varno. I don't necessarily have anything bad to say about him, and don't know if he is aware of Mark's background, but he tries to force non-compete agreements down people's throats, and has been aggressively trying to get me to sign one for a few months now. I don't know what his game is, but it's a nasty one. In terms of his soon to be rebuttal threatening to sue me -- go for it. I have a whole flood of people in Nashville from Nc******s, to A**r to random victims and you'll go down so fast your head spin.
