Five Point Capital Inc, Five Point Capital Inc, Pawnee Leasing National Funding Pawnee LeasingNational Funding Five Point Capital is charging me fair market value on a piece of equipment that was suppose to be a zero ballance at end of lease and also extended my lease without notice for another year.. San Diego California

I was called a few days back from Five Point Capital saying they were taking the last payment of a 6o mon. lease on a piece of equipment I bought. About a week pasted and noticed a full payment amount pulled from my account, I called Five Point and asked what the deal was. She stated did I get the email sent out by National Funding explaining details, I said no. Apparently they sent it to an invalid email which was there mistake.

In reading the email they sent they stated I did not repond 90 days before the end of lease by certified mail and that even though Five Point it was paid in full National Funding added 12 more months of payments and want and additional $4000.00 in Fair market Value, I was in shock to say the least. It was to be a zero ballance at end of contract that lasted 60 Mon. Rick B the contract administer lied through his teeth and asured me of this zero ballance.

So, after paying so far $45,000.00 on a $25,000.00 lease they want me to pay $8,299.00 in payments (11) more months and $4000.00 in fair market value for a total of $57,299 for a $25,000.00 lease.. I need help in getting this illegal scam or whatever you want to call it taken care of by the courts. I cant believe how they can get away with this. After looking into this, it sounds as though hundreds of hard working folks are getting the same thing done to them. How can our government allow these types of practices? Wheres the Attorney General, BBB, stand with this.
