Five Star Vacation Rentals Kevin Cobb False Advertising CA

We, like many of the reports I've read on this website, were jipped by this company. Five Star Vacation Rentals? This is the worst vacation rental company I've ever worked with. Terrible communication. Zero customer service. While you're on vacation, they make everything the least efficient possible.

Here is a cut and paste of an email I received after making full payment for a very overpriced vacation rental in Big Bear, California :

"Each cabin is equipped with 1 Bath towel, 1 wash towel based cabin's maximum occupancy. 
1- 4 Bedrooms - 1 roll of paper towels for the house and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.

5- 6+ Bedrooms - 2 rolls of paper towels for the house and 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.

FSVR does not provide any food items.

FSVR does not provide propane for the BBQ. If you happen to have to refill the tank during your stay, FSVR will reinburse the guest as long as a receipt is provided. Please email receipt to annette@fivestarvacationrental.com for reinbursement.

 No additional towels are provided by FSVR unless the house does not have a washer and dryer."

I've been at a number of 5-star accomodations worldwide, and I've never received anything so poor in taste. We paid close to $3000 for this rental and they're talking about number of rolls of toilet paper?????

Needless to say, the cabin had nearly close to nothing as far as kitchen equipment (and we were 10 people), no cleaning supplies or vacuum... the list goes on.

Five Star Vacation Rentals falsely advertises. I suggest you avoid this company and save yourself money and stress. I needed a vacation from this experience!!
