I had used Fiverr freelancers for about 5 months, in that time I had frequent difficulty with several freelancers over-stating their talent and were either unable to complete the task or just disappeared, requiring me to cancel the order.  I wanted to close my Fiverr account after sending a freelancer extensive information about editing my site, which he agreed to do before the order was placed, the result of his work was the deletion of all of the site customizations completed prior to this order being placed. After a host-assisted restore process I refused the order as a formality and requested that customer service refund the payments made for this order.  After the loss of my site customizations I requested that the funds be refunded back to my funding sources and my Fiverr account closed. Fiverr sent a copy of the terms of use stating that no refunds would be given, but the funds would be placed in an account for use on their site. To use up the funds they were holding, so I could close the account, I started placing orders for various people to read a script introduction for my site. A week or so later my account was disabled. When I contacted Customer support I was told: "We are unable to reinstate your account at this time. As a community and a marketplace, we cannot accept undermining our community by creating or promoting alternative services, when done not in accordance with our editorial guidelines and terms of service. Please contact us again in 45 to 90 days. We will allow you to withdraw revenues you may have left in your account at that time, after an account verification process. Regards".  I sent 3 emails requesting clarification of the undermining and promotion of alternative sites accusation. I requested copies of messages or anything that would support these violations; I practically begged for some kind of information showing me how I committed these violations. I received nothing. So now I have no access to the orders I placed, no refund and no explanation of the charges.   I feel Bullied, it's like they took my access away, keeping me from the work I ordered, and my money just because they could.  I honestly have no clue what I did wrong and no one at Fiverr willing to explain or better show me how I did those things.
