fjorn.com Sent defective product/never replied to emails or phone messages Internet

I ordered a mobile by a famous designer from fjorn.com

When I opened the box the mobile was inextricably and hopelessly entangled into a giant knot of strings

No one would ever be able to undo the tangled strings and no one should have to spend 8 hours a day trying to 

I emailed  fjorn.com on several occaisons; my emails went totally and completely unanswered

I tried contacting their California store Carmel By the Sea and each time I got a recorded message asking to leave my phone number and a brief message which I did

No one ever returned any of my phone calls

Their policy, which I just discovered, about "No returns on international orders" is totally a giant rip-off-they get my money but I get nothing in return--they knowingly send out defective merchandise to innocent unsuspecting customers such as myself--they don't care one way or the other

I will never and I mean never order from this company again and if given the opportunity to do so, I will tell everyone I know not to order from fjorn.com
