Flagstar Bank Continuosly refused to do the home remodification, sais paperwork was always late, refused payments Troy Michigan

We got behind 2 TWO payments due to a death in the family.  They refused any payment we sent, theywanted 3 payments all at once, we even tried to make payment arrangements.  We applied for a home modification over 27 times and they ALWAYS said the paperwork was late or incomplete.  They kept giving us a new-representative each time we called. We did everything they told us to do for over a year in a half.  They ended up forcing us intfo forclosure.  They knew we had an FHA loan so it was insured, they collected the balance of the loan from them, then turned around and sold the house at a forclosure sherriff auction and made another $88,000.00.  Unbelievable.  Are there any attys that are in the business of going after this bank for their fraudulent actions?  I cried every second as we loaded a rental truck to move our stuff out.  This is just wrong, sigh.  Sincerely, Deb
