Customer Service of Flamingo Bay Resort, please kindly confirm or clarify the following questions.

1. At time of booking, I will pay $11 per night for all 4 travelers which is $121.00 for 7 nights.

1a. Flamingo Bay-Bahamas for 2 nights

1b. Flamingo Bay-Orlando for 3 nights

1c. Flamingo Bay-Daytona Beach for 2 nights

1d. The Royal Sunset hotel in Cancun for 4 nights (will be use separately).


2. Please give the full mailing addresses of each resort that all 4 travelers will stay below, not P.O. Box of:

2a. Flamingo Bay-Bahamas

2b. Flamingo Bay-Orlando

2c. Flamingo Bay-Daytona Beach

2d. The Royal Sunset hotel in Cancun

3. At Flamingo Bay-Orlando, I paid $75.00 upgrade for 1 bedroom condo. This will also give 4 of 2-Day Theme Park Passes to Walt Disney World for each of 4 travelers.

4. Each of 4 travelers will have to pay $159.00 per person fee which is used to cover port, processing and registration fees. This fee will be used for Discovery Cruise Line's service round trip from South Florida at Port Everglades in Ft. Lauderdale to Grand Bahama Island. This fee also include a lavish breakfast buffet and lunch before arrival on the cruise to the island and a lavish dinner buffet on the return cruise to South Florida.

5. For all 7 nights trip, all 4 travelers have to attend one courteous sales presentation and tour of sponsoring resort properties at only one locations. This presentation is last about 90 minutes during breakfast or lunch. With this presentation, the meal will be served at no charge.

6. Please specify the date in the calendar from Dec.2004 to Dec.2005 which is considered holiday and peak periods.

7. I can confirm my arrival date of all maximum 4 travelers to each location listed above (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d) in any order and non-consecutive at least 30 days in advance.
