Flamingo Finance - Extreme Machines TOTAL HARRASSMENT Sunrise Florida

I bought a truck from EXTREME MACHINES in Sanford Florida about 3 years ago. This car lot must have been in business with Flamingo Finance.
My daughter was put on the loan as a co-signer without her consent and Flamingo Finance met me 2 hours away along side interstate 75 to sign all the paperwork 2 weeks after getting this truck. I was never told about weekly payments. I was told by this car lot that they had me bank financing. After a month of having this truck...I found out I was on weekly payments. That is when the harrassment began. I was getting calls every Friday telling me that if I didn't make a payment on that day that they were putting my truck out for reposession (their words also were - "I can't gaurantee anything" - meaning they couldn't guarantee that my truck wouldn't be picked up if I did not make my payment right then. This has gone on every week for 3 years. Last week I was told that they had in fact put a repo order out on my truck. I knew I was getting close to the pay off and when I asked several of their employees what my pay off was...they REFUSED to tell me...they told me that unless my account was current that they could not give me that information. Well I then had the repo man call me telling me that he wanted the truck...well I sent in the payment..it posted and I called to get my pay off...my pay off was $296!!!! I was furious. All the harrassment that I have gone through and all the threats over the past 3 years by them...they need to be shut down. I cannot believe that it can actually be legal running that company the way that they do. It has to be illegal to threaten people on a weekly basis. The state needs to investigate this company because what I have gone through I'm sure ALL their customers have gone through the same thing!!!! I WILL NEVER GET INTO ANOTHER SITUATION LIKE THIS AGAIN!!!
