FLEET CC FRAUDULENT CREDIT REPORT WILMINGTON Delaware

I applied for credit to refinance our house and Fleet CC showed up on my wife's credit roport as charged off to profit and loss. Neither my wife nor I have ever heard of Fleet CC and certainly have never had credit with them. I contacted them and they told me I'd have to call the collection agency who is handling it. when I called the collection agency, it turned out to be a lawyer's office who doesn't answer the phone. The phone message says leave the account number that you are inquiring about, and someone will call you back. I don't have an account number because I've never had an account with Fleet CC.
