We purched a 30day tryal from Fleetmatics Work. At time of purches sales rep

made a verbal promiss that if for any reason the software will not work out they would refund the fees, however at time of cancellation not only Duane never responded to any e mails witheen 7 days, as if he never existed, but when called in to cancell was advised that the original fees will apply. This is complete scam and very poor business practice. Stay away or make sure you get everything in writing priore comiting to any terms and read contrat very carefully.
