Fleetwood homes in tenn. sold crappy mobile home and will not repair for their crappy work lafayette, Tennessee

I purchased a new 2008 mobile home thinking that I would not have to worry about repairs for atleast 5 years !!!!WRONG!! there has been problems since the first year, and yes they came out with in the first years and repair thing I think their repair were crappy and  still have the same problems, firts the door second the gutter third the door again fourth the gutters again fifth the floor joist creeks but they say it is ok sixth the door again seventh it is so cold in my bedroom I have to use 2 heaters and my electric bill runs over 200.00 in the winter and people beside me in their 20 year old home is only 100.00 in the winter what is up with that, now they say sorry about your luck for any more problems now the roof is leaking so called my home owners they will cover inside but tell me the problem is dut ot non proper installation of the bath room fans so they will not help with the outside they said no roofing had been correctly installed around the fan lip so guess what knoe I have !!!MOLD!!! on the ceiling and it smells and my grand daughter lives with me and has asthma this is not good for her and they said it could cost thousand of dollars to get rid of the mold caused by impropper construction can any one help should I contac a lawyer?I do not know what to do know I do not have extra money if I did I would not bought this shitty house.
