FlexCard Program The Flex Card Program stole $69 of my husband's hard earned money!!!! Ruined Christmas for our children!!!! Boca Rotan, Florida

So my husband and I are working towards trying to build him some credit.  We saw this program and discussed it and thought it sounded like a pretty good idea.  We gave them his debit card information and off went the $69 security deposit.  Thought we would be getting the card in the mail within 10-14 business days as stated.

This all happened around November 23rd-ish and we got the phone call and the email about the $69 being refunded to his account and that the card had been sent out and that we should have it soon.  It is now December 22nd and we still have not received the card! I'm tired of darn near attacking the mail lady everyday in hopes that the card will be in the mail! We have 5 children and were going to use that $1,000 to help pay for Christmas.  Now we are sitting here taking what little money we have left in the bank, cash on hand, and my last pay check before Christmas to try and figure out how to buy something for them!

I have done reverse phone number searches and address searches for them and have come up with the name of I guess a business called White Card Diamonds associated with the (561)921-2600 phone number that I have and it's located in Delray Beach, Florida.  Then I have their supposedly real address of 102 NE 2ND Ave in Boca Rotan, Florida.  Pulled up that address on Google Earth and guess what, it showed a sh---- looking house in a residential neighborhood. Big surprise there! Amazingly enough I can't seem to find anything else about the Program on the internet.  I am now going to report them to the Better Business Bureau.

We also have tried calling them constantly and got the message about them updating their phone systems and to not call back until Monday of this week.  We have been calling them repeatedly since Monday and keep getting the same message that the business is closed.  I will do what it takes to get our money back and forget ever trying to build my husband's credit because you apparently cannot trust anything!
