I signed up for the one week trial membership, making sure to remember to cancel before the week was up to avoid any extra charges. I read the page completely and submitted the payment. I was even sent an email saying I had only purchased a 9.95 one week trial. I checked my bank statement, and I was charged another 9.97 for an 'extra' that was never noted anywhere on the page. I said that I hadn't knowingly seen anything that told me i would be charged more, but it was avoided. Now that price made my bank account overdraw to 34.00+ and I can't get anywhere with customer service. Here is the email : Dear ,
