Flippa.com and David Golding ,aka mike roberts, David Golding ,Mike Roberts, Stevie Woods, Janie Golding, Michael Usov LexisNexis MRU Consulting Scaming business owners California

Back late last year I listed a website which was making decent money on Flippa.com for sale. I had a buyer who goes by Mike Roberts online (his real name is David Golding) contact me about the website and wanted me to provide information on how we operate the site and how we preform marketing. The ask me to have several conference calls with him and even ask me to speak with his partner Michael Usov (who owns MRU consulting mruconsulting.com) and ask me a lot of questions. After a while I realized they were not serious buyers. Within a few weeks I find an exact copy of my website (word for word) up on the web. 

Well I trace back the owner and it is Michael Usov. So I send them a message and the Golding guy contacts me on skpye and starts bragging about how he ripped off my ideas and was making a ton of money. I sent the guy a message on flippa and all I said was I would find him. When I did this Flippa banned my account for "making threats" which was fine but the longer this went on the more I started to realize that Flippa might be doing more than just turning a blind eye to so much fraud that goes on in their marketplace. 

I did notify Flippa what they had done and had their site shut down. But Flippa took no action and did not ban those two users. In fact they went and changed the user name of David Golding aka Mike Roberts to vscalais once I addressed the situation. So then this guy hacks my paypal account and sends me screen shots of the paypal account. This just happened to be the same account that was tired to my flippa account. 

So then this guy sends me Skype messages tell me how he is friends with people at flippa (they are in the same city or at least close by) and at first I didn't really think he was being honest until he started bragging about how he could get accounts unbanned and then he send me a link and he actually did get his account unbanned. So it seems like at least someone at flippa is helping them rip off sites since they change their users names, refuse to ban them, ect. 

I have hired an attorney and would like to find others that have been victim to Flippa's system that cultivates fraud. They make very little effort to prevent scams and people getting ripped off. So I would never recommend dealing with Flippa or David Golding. He works for LexisNexis in Sydney Australia.
