I signed up 1-20-2009, with Ken. The two phone numbers I had for Ken were 949-348-2977 and 888-678-6690. He requested the $750.00 down of the $2995.00 fee for their service and the balance within 60 days. By 2/5/2009, Ken no longer worked for the company. I then get a call from phone number 949-387-5986, Ashley. She explains the contract to me and tells me my new case worker will be calling me shortly. Around 2/25/2009 I get a call from Bill Taylor who tells me he is my case worker and he will be calling me weekly, as well as CountryWide Home Loans.

Around March 16, 2009 I call Bill Taylor; all I get is a voice mail. I call for a few days, then I call the main number, 877-333-6631 and I am told Bill Taylor is now in management and no longer has my file. The woman tells me she is not sure who has my file and will research it and will have that person call me back. A week goes by, I call again and I get a name of a guy (can't remember the name), he has my file. I call him for over a week and all I get is his voice mail. I want to say his last name was King. I then called and asked to speak to someone I can complain to, that person was Rochelle at x 5714 and guess what...another voice mail and I called that daily for a week.

The first two weeks in April I call every day, at different times during the day, calling 877-394-6873, 877-333-6631, 949-387-5986, 877-333-6631 x5714, and 949-333-5747. I left messages on different voice mails and when I got a live person all I got was the run around. CountryWide Home Loans only heard from FLM Law Center twice, the last time 3/4/2009. FLM Law Center didn't ask for very much documentation from me and what they got they didn't pass on to CountryWide. In fact I had to provide CountryWide with our monthly outgoing expenses.
Today I called and request a refund of the $2250.00 paid to them. I did manage to stop payment on the last check sent to them. I hope they honor one part of their contract and refund my money. If they ignore my request for a refund, then the next step would be to contact the Loan Fraud Legal Help, with them you can collect up to three times that is owed to you. But with my health issues I don't need the stress, I just want this nightmare to end and this company brought to its knees.

Problems with Federal Loan Modification?

AUTHOR: Pinky - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, April 17, 2009

This company states they have a lawyer representing you. His name is Nabil Anz. I suggest if he and his employees fail to represent you make a complaint to the State Bar of California. Thats what I will be doing. Believe me Attorenys will take notice when the State Bar gives them a phone call... good luck
