My Wife saw a commercial for this company that claimed they could lower our Mortgage Payments. My wife made 3 monthly payments of $500 to them instead of paying our Mortgage Co. as she was instructed by an FLM representative. That these 3 missed mortgage payments would be applied to the end of a new Loan Modification. After they received our last payment we have been unable to get a hold of one single live person we have received no response to emails, voicemail, etc.

We are now out $1500 and 3 months behind on our mortgage payments.I am a father of 6 kids, one being a 3 year old girl and I do not know what we are going to do!
