I recently had the Floor and Decor Eco Forest Expresso Hardwood flooring installed. Shortly after being installed, I noticed that the floor sounded hollow in different spots throughout the house. Then the floor started to buckle in different areas. I've called Floor and Decor multiple times with the promise of having my claim escalated to the next level by customer service. As of this post I have not received a call by Floor and Decor.
