I ordered a birthday bouquet on Dec. 21 to be delivered in Bermuda the following day. It wasn't. I called Floral Alliance Dec. 23 and was told that it was delivered. After I insisted, the agent said they would check on it and get back to me by phone. No one called me. My subsequent calls all went unanswered.
I then started to write. First mail I sent asking for a refund was Dec. 29. There was no answer. I wrote until eventually, one week after my order was placed, withered flowers were delivered and mention of my refund.
What's the point of delivering birthday flowers 1 week late? And withered flowers?
Floral Alliance need to give me a full refund.
Don't buy from these people.
