Florida Away ripoff Jamaica New York

On June 27th I was checking my account online when I noticed that I had a negative balance in my account for $179.00 reason being my bank charged me an additional $30.00 due to an overdraft fee since I had no money in my account.

Florida Away made some check with 5 numbers on it for $149.00 after I cancelled with them and they said ok now I was charged anyway and they told me they would refund me my money with a check because they did it without my permission.

I also filled out a fraud affidavit with my bank and they said it should take up to days to complete. However now my account is restricted and being that my account has a direct deposit each week for my child support I cannot receive my money at all nor can I move it to another account.

Now I have to go back to my bank and find out what they are going to do about it since I made this complaint on June 28th. It is now after the holiday and now they are taking all of my money I can't stop my direct deposit now because it takes 6 weeks by then they have taken all of my child's money.
