They fail to disclose major issues with properties and when problems reveal themselves they hide behind a triple net lease agreement instead of working out an equally win/win resolution for themselves and the lessee. Their answer is moving someone to a property sitting on a sink hole and not disclosing it or forcing lessee(s) to move. You are not dealing with kids, you are dealing with hard working adults who have spent money in good faith with you. Issues were communicated, monthly payments were made and notices were sent and yet you failed to make repairs or work out a win/win resolution for all involved. Think once about conducting business with these scammers and RUN FAST in the other direction.
