Complaint Review: Florida Energy water & Air
Florida Energy water & Air Won't give us the filter we paid for and won't give us a refund. Melbourne Florida
They came out and installed our new a/c unit with little to no problems but then at the end of the job the technician said he needed to run to Home Depot to get a temporary a/c filter. Apparently they had forgoten to give him the reusable one that we had paid for. When he returned with the temporary one he said he would have someone from the office bring it by in a few days because it is back ordered. A few days go by and nothing, we call the office and they told us the technician must have forgotten to put the order in. They said the order is in and will be delivered to us within a few days. The next week we call and they go through the same routine, it will be out next week. The next week nothing, so we call again and speak to a supervisor and explain we just want our money back at this point. Oh we can't do that they said, supervisor begs for one last chance that we stupidly give him. Next week, nothing again. My husband physically goes down there demanding to speak to a supervisor and speaks to the vice president who ensures us our money will be in the bank within a few days. Here it is two monts later no filter and we have not received our money back.
