Florida Energy Water and Air Shabby installation caused damage and they want me to pay a service fee to repair Orlando Florida

I had a solar water heater installed a couple of years ago and the problems started the first night when a pipe burst. The install team hadn't driven too far and came back to repair. a couple of months later, the roof leaked over the water heater and the unit no longer worked. That was repaired but the unit still didn't heat properly so another repairman came and found the wires from the panels to the heater were improperly installed so he repaired that.

After two days of heavy rains, the roof leaked at the solar panel. This caused the bathroom ceiling to soak through and the paint peeled and crumbled. Several calls to the company finally resulted in an employee coming to review the damage. A few weeks later, someone was sent to patch the roof. A repair man cane a few weeks later to repair the ceiling.

We just had two days of heavy rain again and the roof leaked and the ceiling is peeling again. I called the service department to report the damage and the woman who took the call said I would have to pay a service fee AND an hourly rate for any repairs. 

I asked that she send a request to someone at a decision making level. I told her that I shouldn't have to pay for their mistakes an that I would like to have the entire unit removed, all repairs made, and an electric water heater installed.
