My name is katia, I bought my 2008 mercdes c300 from florida fine cars about two years ago.

when I bought my car I purchased a warranty and when I bought it they told me if I took it there for repairs or services 

I wouldnt have to pay for the deductible.  So when my AC was blowing hot air intermittently I took it in to get it checked out. I took my car in one saturday morning, the service rep deborah said it would take several hours to check the car for the problem.  When she called me about a hour a d a half later she said they had to replace some ac compressor and she would call the warranty company to SEE iF it was COVERED. A week later she calls me to make an appointment to bring the car in. I tell her saturday is fine. I would be there at 8 AM. Then she says, wait no.. let me check if the mercedes guy is gonna be here Saturday, I will call you back. I never heard back from her. So I did not go on that saturday. Weeks later I did not get a call or anything from deborah. After a few months my ac starts getting worse and I start having other problems. So I go to my near by mercdes dealer. Confident that my warranty will cover this repair I approve them to take a look at the car, know I will get everything covered.  A few days later my service advisor at mercedes calls and said there were no traces of dyes or anything in my vehicle from when this other place "checked" it. Another thing was the warranty comapny denied the claim because they had already "FIXED" my vehicle?!? I called the warranty company and they wouldnt give me any details and WHY THEY HAD PAID A CLAIM THAT I HADNT SIGNED OR APPROVED. Now florida fine cars will not cancel this claim so that I can get my car PROPERLY FIXED at mercdes. I dont trust these people to even work on my car anymore. I want justice! they commited fraud and are trying to get away with it. These people got paid on work they never did!!
